iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro Service Program for No Sound Issues
iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro Service Program for No Sound Issues
Apple has determined that a very small percentage of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices may experience audio issues due to a component that may be failing the receiver module. Affected devices were manufactured between October 2020 and April 2021.
If your iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro doesn't emit sound from the receiver when making or receiving calls, it may be eligible for service.
iSystem will repair eligible devices free of charge.
iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max models are not included in this program.
Service procedure
Before service, the iPhone will be checked to confirm that it is eligible for this program.
If you have questions or need further assistance, please contact us.
Before service, back up your iPhone to iCloud or your computer. Learn more about preparing your iPhone for service.
If the iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro has any damage that prevents the completion of the service, such as a broken screen, this damage must be repaired before service. In some cases, additional repair costs may apply.
Additional information
