Product replacements and returns, defective products, refunds

  • If you received a different product than what you ordered due to our error, you can return it to us free of charge.
  • If you have changed your mind about the purchase of a product, you have the right of withdrawal, i.e. a period of 14 calendar days to return the product you purchased bearing the costs of returning it. It is a necessary condition that the packaging is sealed and, by extension, that the product is exactly as it was delivered to you.
  • If the product you received is defective (DOA), then the replacement process is based on the procedure defined by the respective manufacturer (or its representative in Greece) and the terms of its warranty.

In any case, the replacement of the product is only done if it is accompanied by its complete and intact packaging and its contents and a copy of all the documents that accompanied it (Receipt, Invoice, Shipping Note, etc.) and if 14 calendar days have not passed from its invoicing date. Finally, replacements will not be accepted for products that have suffered damage during transport if they are not notified on the same or at most the day after their delivery.

If within the said period the product is received by us and after checking it is found to be in good condition according to the above, you have the right to a refund for the whole of your order, in the same way that it was paid for.

Special categories of products such as opened software packages, opened packages of hard drives, RAM, etc. are excluded from the possibility of return.

Finally, there is no possibility of withdrawal and return of products made to the customer's specifications (built to order).
