A: Apple parts and replacement devices are covered by a 3-month warranty or the original warranty of the device, whichever is longer. Old parts or devices are returned to Apple.
A: You can keep a full backup of your data via iCloud directly from your device (Settings > Apple Account > iCloud > Backup by selecting “Back Up Now”) or via iTunes (PC) / Finder (macOS) with a USB cable, to your computer’s storage. Learn more here -> https://support.apple.com/el-gr/118426
A: You can disable Find My on iCloud.com by selecting your device from the "All Devices" list and then "Remove from Account".
Be careful, not "Erase"! This option remotely erases all the content on your device.

A: The usual time to complete the technical inspection is 1-2 business days. The installation of spare parts is carried out on the same day, if they are immediately available in our warehouses.
Screen and battery replacements on iPhones are carried out within 2 hours, by appointment.
A: The warranty covers damage resulting from manufacturing or manufacturing defects. Damage resulting from misuse, or software (such as the operating system, programs, peripheral device drivers) is not covered by the factory warranty. In addition, data recovery from a device that fails under warranty is not covered.
A: The manufacturer's warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
In the event that the purchase was made with a retail receipt, a second year of coverage is provided by the point of purchase.

A: The minimum technical inspection fee applies in cases where the device is out of warranty and no repair has been performed.
The minimum cost, for cases where the device has come into contact with liquid or the issue concerns resolving a software problem, is €60.00.
In all other cases the minimum charge is €20.00.
