Excellent service, just like the majority here and fast service!!!! The employees are all polite! Well done to all and keep it up!!! On a side note, I dropped off an iPhone 11 for a screen repair and got it the next one!
I won't say much because I will get bored and I don't want to !!! But in every service I have been to I have not found such treatment ! By phone I was helped by Mrs. AUTONOPOULOU ELEITHERIA and I thank her very much for responding first of all as a person and as a partner ! It is certain that, whatever I need and if I need will definitely be my first choice of this store !!!
Many times we have bought products from the store and the service has always been excellent. Headphone repair in a few days! A few weeks ago I had an issue with a light bulb, after an email with an explanation they replied to bring it in. I took it there and in a day they convinced me that the replacement was ready for pickup! Well done and I would recommend it to everyone!

Very Professional
First contact with the store, very polite staff and helpful. Now to the point. I bought a genuine Apple case and after a few days I found it was faded in one spot, I returned to the store and reported it and without much ado they replaced the case giving me the option of even getting my money back. While others are looking for a thousand ways to avoid it. For me a big plus is that I would prefer it again and it goes without saying I highly recommend it.

Ich war dort nachdem man mir mein MacBook Pro aus dem Auto geklaut hat und merkwürdige Dinge vorgingen. Zudem habe ich mein IPhone 15 pro Max die Batterie einmal testen lassen und mich über ein neues MacBook informiert. Alle 4 Mitarbeiter waren sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich. Ich möchte dieses Geschäft klar empfehlen, da kann sich der Apple Store in Amsterdam einmal eine Scheibe von abschneiden 🫶

After visiting the store I left an iPhone with a broken screen for repair. The service did an excellent job giving life to the phone again. All the guys are very helpful and explanatory as they should be. Although from previous experience at this particular authorized one it was not the best because maybe it may have happened like everyone at some point the evaluation must be objective. Don't judge by the photo of the phone,it still has the gel coat,it has not been removed. Well done, keep up the good work. I recommend 👍👌

Very fast service. I took my AirPods for repair. I booked on Apple's website an appointment I went dropped them off and in less than four days I had my device back in full working order! Thanks to Scouting except for some paperwork that you can't avoid anyway.
