Payment methods and installments

You can make your purchases in our online or physical store with up to 12 interest-free installments.

• Cash on delivery: the price of the order is paid to the carrier who delivers the products. Cash on delivery is not supported for amounts over €495 per order/shipment. If you choose Cash on Delivery as a payment method, your purchase will incur a €3 fee.
• Payment at the store: the price of the order is paid at our physical store, 269 Mesogeion Street, Chalandri. Payment by credit/debit card that does not have an embedded chip is not supported in the physical store. The law does not allow the payment of cash for receipts or invoices of more than €500. Payment in this case should be made by deposit or credit/debit card for the full amount.
• Credit, debit and prepaid cards: We do not accept interest free installments with Diners and American Express credit cards. The system may not accept installments from some cards. Diners cards are not accepted for purchases through the online store.
