Job Description:
iSystem (Apple Authorized Reseller and Authorized Service Provider) is looking for a Junior IT Specialist to join the B2B Support team. The position is aimed at young graduates of IT schools with an appetite for learning and development in the field of technology.
Responsibilities:
• User support and solving daily technical problems (1st level support)
• Maintenance and monitoring of computer systems and equipment
• Installation and configuration of software and hardware
• Participation in technical projects and system upgrades
• Recording and documentation of support actions
Required Qualifications:
• Degree in IT or a related field
• Knowledge of operating systems as well as basic office application tools (MS Office, Outlook)
• Good understanding of networks and basic IT support concepts
• Ability to work in a team and communication skills
• Good knowledge of the English language
Desirable Qualifications:
• Knowledge of MacOS, Linux, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Previous internship or experience in technical support will be appreciated
• Certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) will be considered an additional qualification.
• Driver's license
• Means of transportation (preferably a two-wheeler)
