Dual-Chip Design for Dual Stability

Unlike other enclosures that use the ASMedia® AMS2464 chip, ACASIS adopts a dual-chip design, ensuring backward compatibility with Thunderbolt 3/4, USB 4.0/3.2/3.1/3.0/2.0. The Intel® JHL7440 Thunderbolt™ chip and the REALTEK® RTL9210B chip are perfectly combined, ensuring stable and smooth data transfer. The Intel® JHL7440 Thunderbolt™ chip serves as the main controller, supporting up to 40Gbps ultra-fast transfer rates.

Multiple Heat Dissipation

The built-in cooling fan, aluminum alloy shell with corrugated surface and thermal pad work together for quadruple heat dissipation effect, protecting the SSD from overheating while reducing power consumption and ensure great performance all along.

• Lightning-fast 40Gbps. Using the Intel JHL7440 high-end main control chip, nvme housing supports ultra-high speeds up to 40Gbps, speed test with Samsung 980 EVO Plus on Macbook Pro, read and write speed reaches up to 2800MB/s and 2500MB/s. (If your SSD does not support NVMe protocol, the speed does not exceed 600MB/s.)
• Smaller and more portable. The size of the external hard drive enclosure made of aluminium is 10 x 6.1 x 1.45 cm, small, exquisite and easy to carry, which makes this M.2 nvme case a good work and life partner. Equipped with 40 gbps data cable, let you have a super high speed experience at any time.
• Excellent heat dissipation. Attach the thermal pad to the SSD for optimal contact with the aluminium alloy shell to dissipate heat more effectively and faster to ensure better protection of the SSD.
• Extensive compatibility. ACASIS M.2 NVMe SSD enclosure built-in Intel JHL7440 chip, adopts dual chip master control, equipped with 40Gbps Type-C interface. The NVMe enclosure compatible with USB 4/3.2/3.1/3.0/2.0 at appropriate speed limits to meet a variety of work and daily requirements.
• Plug and Play. This M.2 NVMe case supports M1 Pro/Max Mac devices and iPad Pro. Compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux. Simply plug and play without drivers. Our NVMe enclosure supports hot-swapping without affecting the rest of the server's functions.
• Two versions to suit your needs: TBU405 is the base version (Tool-free Installation), while the TBU405ProM1 (Tool-free Installation + Built-in Silent Fan) is an upgraded version of TBU405. The main difference is that TBU405ProM1 is additionally equipped with a built-in silent cooling fan. According to tests conducted by the ACASIS laboratory, after continuous use for 1 hour, the internal SSD temperature of TBU405ProM1 remained as low as 35°C, providing robust protection for your valuable data.
