Detailed Description
The UGREEN FineTrack USB-C Smart Finder is a four-pack of compact Bluetooth trackers designed to help locate everyday belongings such as keys, wallets, bags and luggage. Each tracker integrates with Apple's Find My network, allowing its location to be viewed in the Find My app without installing a separate tracking application.
The trackers use Bluetooth to communicate with nearby devices. When an item is out of direct Bluetooth range, its location can be updated through the Find My network as nearby Apple devices detect it. Location updates depend on the availability of participating devices; the trackers do not have built-in GPS.
A built-in speaker helps locate nearby items by playing an audible alarm through the Find My app. The trackers also support left-behind notifications, which can alert users when they leave an item behind. UGREEN highlights encrypted location reporting through Apple's Find My network as a privacy feature.
Each tracker has a rechargeable battery that charges through USB-C and can last up to 12 months per charge. The battery level can be checked through the Find My app, reducing the need to replace disposable batteries. Actual battery life depends on usage and conditions.
Initial pairing and registration require a compatible iPhone or iPad. A Mac can display the tracker's location, but the tracker cannot be registered directly from macOS. Android devices are not supported. The package includes four trackers and adhesive stickers for labeling or personalizing them.
