The Dell Pro 24 Plus Monitor (P2425H) puts a 23.8-inch Full HD screen at the centre of your desk and surrounds it with the things that actually make a working day easier: a genuinely adjustable stand, enough ports to leave the dongles in the drawer, and eye-comfort credentials backed by independent certification.

Clear, consistent image quality. The 1920x1080 IPS panel holds its colour and contrast across 178° viewing angles, so what you see at the edge of the screen matches what you see in the middle, and a colleague looking over your shoulder gets the same picture you do. Coverage of 99% sRGB and up to 16.7 million colours keeps documents, spreadsheets and photos looking natural, while a 1,500:1 contrast ratio gives you deeper blacks and cleaner whites than most monitors in this class.

The 100Hz refresh rate is a welcome step up from the usual 60Hz. Scrolling through long documents and dragging windows simply feels smoother. Response time is 5ms grey-to-grey in Fast mode (8ms in Normal), and the anti-glare coating with 3H hardness keeps overhead lighting and window reflections under control. Ultra-thin bezels on three sides make multi-monitor setups look almost continuous.

Comfort you can measure. This monitor is TÜV-certified with a 4-star rating for eye comfort. Improved ComfortView Plus reduces harmful blue light emissions to ≤35% as an always-on, hardware-level feature, so you don't trade accurate colour for comfort. The panel is also flicker-free.

Comfort extends to posture. The stand offers 150mm of height adjustment, -5°/+21° tilt, 45° of swivel in either direction and 90° of pivot in either direction, so you can set the screen where your neck wants it and rotate to portrait for code, long documents or chat windows. If you prefer an arm or a wall mount, the 100 x 100mm VESA interface is ready for it.

Connect everything, and keep it organised. Three video inputs cover old and new machines alike: HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort 1.2 and VGA. A built-in USB 3.2 Gen1 hub adds three Type-A downstream ports plus a Type-C downstream port that supplies up to 15W for charging a phone or a headset. A USB Type-B upstream connection links the hub to your PC. A Kensington-compatible security lock slot and two soundbar slots round out the practical details, and the box includes the power cord, a DisplayPort cable and a USB Type-A-to-B cable.

Dell Display and Peripheral Manager adds the software side. Easy Arrange tiles applications into preset partitions and lets you customise layouts of up to five windows; Easy Arrange Memory saves and restores those layouts manually, on a schedule or at start-up. Brightness and contrast can be automated to follow your working hours. For IT teams, the cloud-based Dell Device Management Console handles peripheral fleets at scale.

Designed with the environment in mind. The chassis uses 85% recycled plastics, 50% recycled steel, 100% recycled aluminium and at least 20% recycled glass. It ships in a box made from 100% renewable materials, and PowerNap mode in Dell Display Manager can cut energy use by up to 14.8%. The monitor is ENERGY STAR 8.0 certified, EPEAT Gold registered with Climate+, and carries the TCO Certified Edge designation. Typical power draw in use is 11.7W.
